MANAGEMENT/ PRODUCTION

Provide and manage home office as "hub" for production.

Plan and organize production as a team. Brainstorm and make decisions as a team.

Submit proposals and recommendations to aid storyline in regards to photography.

Research various topics utilizing the internet and film commission.

Negotiate and draw contracts. Act as mediator between cast, crew, & personnel. Keep moral up.

Attend meetings and propose new ideas for improvement in photography and business aspects.

Anything and everything as needed on and off set to keep production moving & organized.

 

 

OFFICE MANAGER

Set meeting times and locations. Take minutes and distribute. Write & distribute press releases.

Attend meetings and keep acquainted with those working the project: VIPs, vendors, & others.

Prepare and deliver gift-like press kits, posters, flyers, etc. Organize and plan for premiere.

Create and maintain contact database. Utilize internet, phone, & fax for communication.

Utilize desktop publishing programs to provide attractive medium.

Design flyers, posters, parking passes, cards, badges, postcards, signs, tickets, etc.

Airline and hotel reservations. Submit expense reports. Create office forms, media, and packets.

Store printed film. Organize files.

 

CASTING

Audition supporting cast & dancers. Manage extras and dancers. Submit reports to SAG.

Talent check-in and out. Note mealtimes and special diet restrictions to catering.

 

 

 

FILM- Talent Show Music Video "Helping Hand" 1996

PRODUCER/ DIRECTOR/ CASTING

Set up & direct production. Casting. Instruct cast of character traits and expression.

Direct photographer in the vision of the scene and assist with best angles for exposure.

 

WRITER/ FILM EDITOR/ DESKTOP

Write storyline and screenplay for music video. Choose music.

Direct final stages of editing. Make cuts and slices. Design VHS cover.
